Located in the lovely rural setting in the Village of Alstead, this
twenty unit two story building is comprised of 14 one bedroom and 6 two
bedroom apartments. The building is barrier free with an elevator and
two apartments designed for occupancy by persons with handicaps. Each
apartment has a range and a refrigerator and a separate closet for storage.
Sixteen units will be assisted under the Rural Development Rental Assistance
program. These units will have rents that are based on 30% of gross
monthly income. The other four will have fixed, affordable rents.
Must be 62 years of age or disabled to qualify. Income limits do apply.
