Stewart Property Management, Inc. provides affordable housing primarily throughout New Hampshire and Vermont. We currently manage over 90 properties located in these states, and also properties in Haverhill, Massachusetts, Attleboro, Massachusetts, Parsonfield, Maine, and Fryeburg, Maine.

Many individuals at the Company have substantial backgrounds in various government housing programs, combining experience with expertise in the management of increasingly complex and interrelated programs. Underlying the Company’s capacity is the stability of its workforce; with little personnel turnover Stewart Property Management is able to maintain its position as a leader in the provision of management services to government assisted housing developments.

As a company whose portfolio consists primarily of arms length contracts with owners, Stewart Property Management earns its business through performance. The growth of our portfolio, which started with two properties in 1988, attests to the confidence of our owners in the work we do.

We enjoy strong and close relationships with the various regulatory agencies which oversee the properties which we manage, including HUD, Vermont Housing Finance Agency, Vermont State Housing Authority, Vermont Housing and Conservation Board, New Hampshire Housing Finance Authority, and USDA Rural Development.

The majority of our properties are owned or controlled by non-profit organizations as well as two others, which are owned by a public agency. Some of these properties have significant resident involvement components.
